Skillsoft’s user conference was originally planned for Orlando in May. Another physical event to fall victim to COVID-19, there was no choice but to pivot quickly. Rather than trying to emulate the in-person experience, Skillsoft wanted to do something different. They wanted to create a digital experience that was new and exciting and so irresistible, attendees would be motivated to participate live.
They partnered with Cramer to make that happen. Together, we started from scratch to strategize a whole new experience. We held a two-day workshop to design and plan a memorable live digital experience. We noted the best elements of in-person events and modified them for a digital format. Things like networking, audience engagement, never-before-seen content, and a much-needed break from reality.
