NORWOOD — Cramer, Boston’s leading event and content marketing agency, announced today the creation of its new Healthcare Advisory Council. This council brings together seasoned leaders with access to a wide range of technology, regulatory data, medical specialties, and patient groups.
Cramer has deep experience in this sector with a roster of healthcare and life sciences clients that include Siemens Healthineers, Sanofi Genzyme, Boston Scientific, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. The mission of the Council is to further expand the agency’s ability to provide its clients with new perspectives and evidence-based insights.

Daiva Braunfelds, MBA, MPH – Ms. Braufelds is the Executive Director of Population Health Management and Physician Engagement for the Brigham and Women`s Physicians Organization at Brigham and Women`s Hospital. She drives the creation of strategies and deployment plans to advance the delivery of value-based care within the Brigham Family. Ms. Braufelds has over 20 years of experience working with health systems, VNA Care, Mass General Hospital, University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics, and more.
Sasha Demos, MD PhD– Dr. Demos is Board Certified in Anesthesia, Chairman of Anesthesia for a large multi-specialty community hospital, and a fellow of the American Society of Anesthesia, She leads her private practice group of 55+ physicians. The combination of her expertise in both basic science, engineering, and clinical medicine gives Dr. Demos a unique perspective regarding health care, medical devices, and biotechnology.
John Holiver- Mr. Holiver is a Managing Director with Alvarez and Marsal Healthcare Industry Group in Boston, MA. John holds more than 25 years of leadership and P&L responsibility, areas of expertise include operations, employee team building, financial turnarounds, physician relations, governance, and strategic planning. Recently, he held a regional COO position for a national A&M client, helping to optimally position the company during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Patrick M. Hutchins, Ph.D.- Dr. Hutchins is currently a Global Product Manager at TSI Inc. where he supports and develops pharmaceutical manufacturing products. Prior to working at TSI, he worked as a synthetic chemist developing oncology medicines for pre-clinical and clinical projects.
Theresa McNeely – Ms. McNeely is the Chief Communications Officer and Patient Advocate at Homology Medicines Inc. and has over 20 years of integrated corporate communications experience spanning investor relations, public relations, marketing communications, and patient advocacy in life sciences companies, including pharmaceutical and biotech, molecular diagnostics, tools and service providers.
Cherilyn G. Murer, JD– Ms. Murer is President and CEO of the healthcare and higher education consultancy, CGM Advisory Group LLC. Author of seven healthcare textbooks, she founded Murer Consultants, a legal-based national healthcare consulting firm that she sold in 2017 after 32 years. Ms. Murer is on the Board of Advisors for Healthwell, a Nasdaq-traded healthcare technology SPAC. She also sits on the Board of Directors of the Sinai Health System, Chicago, and the Board of Governors, School of the Art Institute Chicago.
Mary Beth Schoening– Ms. Schoening is President of RampUp Health and a consultant for Scripps Research Translational Institute and the NIH helping healthcare organizations reach their goals using digital approaches. She has led large-scale digital and behavioral science innovation initiatives and brings expertise in patient engagement, virtual care, and service design, emerging technologies, research, and data analytics.
