Cramer Appoints Jennifer Nichols as Vice President of Cramer Health

NORWOOD, MA – September 16, 2025 – Cramer today announced the appointment of Jennifer Nichols as Vice President of Cramer Health, the company’s specialized division focused on pharmaceutical patient marketing and patient support services. Nichols brings 25 years of strategic marketing experience across the healthcare ecosystem, from hospitals and health systems to Fortune 15 companies and agency settings. 

 A Registered Dietitian with deep clinical expertise, Nichols most recently served as Vice President of Marketing Communications for Global Medical Products and Distribution at Cardinal Health, where she built scalable marketing functions, launched and rebranded products, and drove measurable business growth. Her experience spans medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences, and biopharma, with a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and translate scientific insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Nichols holds a Master of Science in Nutrition Communications and a Master of Public Health in Health Services Management from Tufts University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Connecticut. She joins Cramer Health to support the division’s significant growth in helping pharmaceutical companies build and scale their marketing initiatives within patient support programs to help patients access, afford, and stay on their prescribed therapies. Over the past few years, Cramer has worked closely with such programs across chronic, complex, and rare diseases for both large pharmaceutical companies and new entrants whose novel therapies are meeting unmet patient needs.
