TJ Martin becomes Chief Executive Officer, and Tim Martin assumes the role of Chief Operating Officer of Cramer, an events and experience agency based in Norwood, Massachusetts.
Tim and TJ Martin bring more than three decades of experience creating events and video for both global and New England brands alongside Cramer’s President Rich Sturchio. Tim has overseen operations, and TJ has served in leadership roles in strategic development and account management at Cramer for more than 30 years.
Thom Faria transitions to Executive Chairman as of January 1, 2020. The late Tom Martin, Cramer’s founder, appointed Thom to lead his family business into its next chapter in 2012.
“Thom and my father shared the same work ethic, and he valued Thom’s leadership to create strong executive teams. My dad knew he would help transition our company into the future as he would have himself. Thom had served on our board for years and has been an extended member of the family,” says TJ Martin.
