As the Director, Technical Solutions, you'll provide expert-level leadership on all facets of the technology solutions for your clients. You'll act as technology lead for planning, budgeting and solution definition of technology related projects. You will be responsible for managing one or more project teams of in-house developers, as well as managing any external development resources and/or vendors. As a solutions lead, you will also be responsible for oversight of applicable projects to ensure the solution is designed and delivered in accordance with the client and project goals, requirements and vision.

- Work with sales and project managers to assess opportunities, define proposed solutions and support the sales process including participation in proposal development and pitch presentations

Technical Project Management
- Work with client stakeholders and business analysts to elicit and document business, functional, and technical requirements. Serve as primary Cramer contact to client Technology/IT stakeholders.
- Generate technical specifications and contribute to architecture and high-level technical design activities
- Act as the primary technical interface between the engineering team and other Cramer capabilities
- Actively communicate status and risks to project managers
- Partner with the UX & Creative team to explore technical capabilities and understand constraints of the medium
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to draft test plans
- Act as a subject matter expert on client-side systems and processes, collecting and managing knowledge on existing systems and protocols
