Tom Martin
Chief Executive Officer
Three words bring Tom Martin to mind: vision, family, and hockey. In 1982, Tom bought Cramer Electronics’ video equipment sales operation. Over the next 30 years, Tom has had the vision to grow the business to include corporate events, interactive media, internet design, web casting, print, and design services. He even saw how to turn a 70,000 sq. ft. warehouse into Cramer headquarters and New England’s premier production and design center. As CEO, Tom has the executive oversight of all operations, helping us serve a wide variety of regional and global clients.
At the heart of it all, Tom Martin is a devoted family man. He and his wife June celebrated 50 years of marriage with their six sons, daughter, and 21 grandchildren.
And now for the hockey. While a student at Boston College in the 1960s, Tom was twice honored as a First Team Ice Hockey All-American. A BC Hall of Famer, his hockey jersey was retired and hangs from the rafters at Conte Forum. Tom was a member of the 1962 USA, Bronze Medal World Hockey Team, and in 1964 was Assistant Captain of the Olympic Hockey Team. Tom is an avid golfer and in 2003 he won the New England Senior Amateur Title. In 2005, he received the Lou Lamoriello Award, which recognizes a former college hockey coach or player who has distinguished himself in his profession after college.
Vision. Family. Hockey. The perfect hat trick.
Richard Sturchio
President
There’s a canvas director’s chair in Rich’s office—just the right metaphor for someone who leads Cramer. In his 25 years at Cramer, Rich has been key to the development of the company from a video production house to a fully-integrated marketing solutions agency.
His extensive knowledge of and passion for lighting, video, audio, and show control has helped Cramer in its quest for more and varied applications of art and technology. He has directed hundreds of television commercials and corporate programs, and has traveled the world producing corporate events and tradeshows. This is a man in constant motion.
Needless to say, that canvas chair doesn’t get a lot of use.

Derrick Wood

There’s a yin yang about Derrick. He has lived on both the client side (at University of Phoenix and Staples) and the agency side (at Jack Morton Worldwide, Mullen and Digitas). He’s equally balanced in left-brain and right-brain thinking. And he is the creative force that drives excellence in both our event and digital work. As Senior Vice President, Creative Services at Cramer, Derrick uses this quality to help the creative team develop brand stories grounded in fact and emotion. These are the stories that sell.
As creative lead for Jack Morton Worldwide’s Boston office, he drove experiential marketing for SUBWAY, Monster, and Fidelity Investments. With Staples, Inc., he grew the capabilities of the in-house creative department. At Mullen, he managed the creative direction of top interactive accounts including Nextel and GM. His fingerprints are on much of the look and feel of our spectacular 75,000 square foot facility, as he has helped manage several phases of construction projects throughout our 17 years here in Norwood. Greg joined Cramer over 20 years ago and has seen the company grow from a video production company into a large sophisticated Event Production and Digital Marketing agency. “To see where we have come over the years has been awesome. It has certainly been a great challenge, but truly a group effort. Everyone brings something different to the table and I believe that diverse thinking has helped us accomplish things we could have only dreamed of back in 1991.”
Greg is a proud graduate of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder and like everyone at Cramer is very active in the community. Greg and his wife Ann Marie have two children, Billy and Renee, who all enjoy golfing, skiing, and anything outdoors.
